(1) A person who has received training under the unemployment assistance program according to this Act shall go to the place or area assigned by the Employment Service Center and do the work as specified.
(2) A person who does not go or refuses to work in the assigned area according to sub-section (1) will not be removed from the unemployed list and provided with subsistence allowance as per section 22.
